Sean O Neill interview Feb 2004
Shane interviewed Sean O Neill about his life and times as The wandering Minstrel. In January 2000, Sean O'Neill gave up the day job and revived an old tradition - that of the traveling bard or, as he soon became known, The Wandering Minstrel.

John Smith
John Smith Interview 2003
This week I had the honour of chatting with John Smith on tour from America, because he was in Dingle in a phone box its a short interview but his music is fantastic and well written songs which have fantastic production quality to them.
At a time when national fame, fortune and reputation are often awarded to performers of pedestrian and limited talents and abilities, it is wholly refreshing to encounter an artist whose work – often grossly under-recognised – possesses a genius that cannot be denied, ignored or overlooked. Johnsmith is one such artist; a gifted singer-songwriter, moving performer and roaming troubadour.

Shane Brady
Shane Brady came to the studio twice the first time he was alone and the second time he called to the studio and he brought along another musician Hugh MacBrien to join him for this interview. I have to say the story is amazing from Shane who's father Willie Brady was well known and worked for RTE and had recorded so many songs before he passed away at a young age. Shane took up the mantle and re recorded some of the songs his father had made famous, all on an album called A light Shines Out To Sea. These interviews are great in that they show how things progressed from our first interview to the second about a year and a half later. A great singer and a great guy I have to say it was one of those interviews I will always enjoy. The sound quality is not great but hey they were record on tape for the younger listeners out there it was an old format before CD and MP3.
